A New Year and a New Beginning

So this weekend marks the beginning of 2006 and I can't say I'm sad to see this year go. There have been PLENTY of hardships that I hope won't occur in the New Year. I used to make resolutions each and every year growing up but somewhere in between I've stopped doing that. But superstitious schmuck that I am, maybe that's why I've been having bad luck. Right, Resolutions.

1) Hoard all money for travelling. (is hopping to and from 3 continents too much for one year? i don't think so, 6 maybe...) Oh, and for rent, too, obviously...

2) Get proper job instead of temping (maybe the radio station will let me stay???)

3) Get into graduate school (if anyone will take me, that is, and I'm not at all sure that they will but there's no harm trying).

4) This next resolution is most likely ridiculous but I plan to indulge myself with some denial (nothing new there)- Move to Europe.

Happy 2006 everyone and may it bring happiness and fortune to you all! As for me, I'll keep posting the craziness that is my life.
